Pain au Chocolaté

I have always loved chocolate croissants. Well, actually I love anything that has chocolate in it. When I saw Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere has done this recipe and that it so looked amazingly good, I thought I would give it a try. She linked to the recipe here. For mine I used slightly different ingredients but it worked out really well.

I made 3 different kinds. From left to right they are dark chocolate,

salted caramel chocolate, and milk chocolate.
